Ruth --
Would the idea of a friendly competition spur the staff to find time to
create interesting posts? I was thinking along the lines of a
competition for the most posts, or for posts that gather the most
retweets, likes, comments, with some desirable swag prizes (doesn't have
to be expensive to be desirable either - leave a 1/2 hour early on a
Friday, a good parking spot for a week, etc.)

Most of the staff are already administrators of the site. They are not used to submitting regular posts, so perhaps some gentle prodding will be needed!
