Good Morning Sylvia,
Please see the link for the EMERGENCY PLAN for visitors and staff at the Pink Palace Museum.
http://www.memphismuseums.org/layout_files/uploads/files/2008%20Emergency%20Plan%20-%20Website.pdf
This link may also be found on the museum system's website www.memphismuseums.org
Hard copies of this EMERGENCY PLAN also exists as hard copies in museum staff offices. Hard copy versions wear a RED Binder.
I hasten to add, that there is another/separate EMERGENCY PLAN document for dealing with the collections during a disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, civil unrest etc..... That document is not on the website for security reasons.
I hope this helps,
Best Wishes,
Wesley
p.s. There is also a separate EMERGENCY PLAN for Lichterman Nature Center,....that document deals with the unique issues of a 65 acre urban nature center, which also has a live animal collection.
