Hi all -
We recently did some plaster repairs and so needed to take down our historic drapes for a bit. In doing so, we discovered that our method was not ideal, as the drapes were too heavy for the brackets and the anchors we were using. I was wondering what you do in your historic site? How do you hang heavy drapes successfully?
Thanks in advance for the help & advice! Just for clarification, I should point out that we are basically a one-woman shop here, so I do not have access to facilities staff.
Thanks!
