Oshkosh Wisconsin had several locations in the city used for filming
Public Enemies. The museum I work at was not part of that film
production. The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) had their
historic hanger and Ford Tri-motor airplane used for filming so you
might want to contact the AirVenture Museum for details.

Jenny, may I suggest you contact the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre &
Broadcasting here in New York City (MOFT).
Phone: 212-489-6710
Web: www.nyc.gov/film
In addition, look on the MOFT Web site for these publications:
CODE OF CONDUCT AND KEYS TO THE CITY: Read the best practices guidelines
the Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting requires all productions
shooting in the City to sign.
RESIDENT AND MERCHANT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Frequently asked
questions about what to expect when film and television crews shoot on
location in your neighborhood.
PERMIT AND FEE INFORMATION: Find out important information regarding
required permits, optional permits, the new project application fee and
liability insurance.
ANECDOTE: the one time I personally was in involved in one of these
locations shoots, it was for the Bill Cosby TV show. I came back from a
trade show to find Bill Cosby sitting at my desk. So I very politely
told him I needed my desk, and he very graciously moved. However, my
boss was a Big Fan of Cosby, and she almost killed me.
