Thanks Robin. Twitter seems to get a great deal of attention these days, but the data suggests that Facebook, for example, is being used by young people. Has Facebook gained an advantage because it came before Twitter, or is there an aspect of Facebook that makes it more attractive for younger people? How do museums rate these different tools, and their relative effectiveness? I can see a need for several systems, but have museums discovered that one tool is more attractive/engaging, etc., than any other (because of the possible length of an entry, the number of users, etc.)?
