I was recently asked why some sugar spoons are shaped like seashells.
Although I understand why they are called sugar shells, I can not
recall any reason I have heard for WHY they are that shape. If anyone
has documentation for the reasoning behind the shape (especially
other than it just looks nice), I would love to have it, as would the
volunteer who has now had their curiosity peaked.
Thanks in advance!
Tamara
