Does anyone have a simple equipment loan contract that they can share?
We are going to loan several kiosks (free standing metal frame kiosk and
windows computer) out to educational venues for a short term loan (2 to
3 years). We wanted to have some sort of agreement in place as to who is
responsible for what? If the monitor dies of natural causes, we would
replace it. If the monitor dies because you dropped it, you would
replace it. That sort of thing.
If you have a sample document you could share, that would be great. If
you don't have an actual document but know of something that should be
included, let me know.
Thanks,
Patrick McQuillan
