Martha-
We do have several buildings on our site but admission is only collected at the main building. Access to the other buildings must be via a guided experience. For your site I wonder if each building could use a different shaped hole punch. Then as visitors come to each place they "collect" different punches on their ticket. Visitors would be asked to turn in their ticket at the end of their visit. To take it one step further, if your tickets already list the age category, you now have info about which sect visits which building, etc.
I would love to be added to your list as well as receive a copy. I have been looking for other VS Managers to bounce ideas around. Thanks for getting this together.

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] Visitor Services attendance question
Hello,
If you are the Visitor Services Manager at your institution, I'd like to compile a list of contacts in the field. Further to that, I have a question about counting attendance at multiple locations.
When you have separate buildings, how do you count the visitors that attend more than one building? What if they only go to one building and not all buildings?
Thank you for your reply,
Martha Bradshaw
