Hello all,
I'm working on a presentation about the contemporary interest in food and sustainable agriculture and how museums are playing a part in reviving food traditions. I'm looking for examples of museums, particularly history museums, who have recently instituted a new food program or expanded an existing one. Particular emphasis on heirloom plants, heritage breeds, and regional food traditions and practices.
Thank you for any information you can offer on what museums are doing such programming!
