This is one of those times when you will need to add a term to
nomenclature. At first glance, I thought Telecommunication T&E, but
after reading the sub-classification descriptions, it is definitely
Visual Communication T&E. This subclass is for "Tools, equipment and
supplies originally created to be used as a visual sign or signaling
device or as a means of viewing photographic or other visual images."
In addition, if you look over the sub-category you will find film
projects, which would be similar.
VHS is the acronym for Video Home System, which would include not only a
videocassette recorder (VCR) but also the tapes and Videocassette
players. Since you indicated that you have a Videocassette Recorder
(VCR), I would add the term "Recorder, Videocassette" as a term under
Category 6: Tools & Equipment for Communications, sub-category Visual
Communication.
Hope this helps
