The 11th International Symposium on Electronic Theses and Dissertations
4th - 7th June
Details of the forthcoming 'ETD 2008' conference are available at
http://www.rgu.ac.uk/etd/home/ In previous years this conference has
been held as far afield as Sydney and Quebec. In 2009 it will take place
in the USA. 2008 presents an ideal opportunity to experience a truly
international event in the UK. ETD 2008 also provides an opportunity to
hear presentations by two keynote speakers:
Dr Paul Ayris from UCL and Dr Herbert Van de Sompel from the Los Alamos
National Laboratory.
Papers have been accepted from authors from a wide variety of
backgrounds (including academia, libraries, I.T., and the commercial
sector). The presenters represent organisations from across the world
(including:
Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, Jamaica,
Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand, Pakistan, Peru, South Africa, the UK and the
USA).
For information about the papers, click on 'Programme' on the Web page
then select the appropriate day.
Proposals for posters are still being accepted - please see the
appropriate page on the Web site - or contact the conference co-chair
([log in to unmask]) directly.
To book a place at ETD 2008, please see the 'Registration' page on the
