Perhaps what you're thinking of is one of those "treasure" boxes that
car dealers use when they send out thousands of keys to potential
customers, but only one opens the box, which has the real key to a new
car.

I might ask a local car dealer if they could help you--and possibly
get some free publicity at the same time.
