...and prohibitions on eating, drinking and smoking in the vicinity of the work, household maintenance and upkeep with approved cleaning agents and methodologies only, maintenance of an off-shoot of your Integrated Pest Management System, particulate filtration and humidification of the ambient atmosphere, regular monitoring for signs of deterioration of the piece...

...and,  yeah; public access to ensure you continue to serve your public trust.
