Hello all,
We are currently working on a sponsorship strategy for a new multi-lingual
audio-tour that we will be launching this spring. We are hoping to have this
project sponsored by a corporation but we first need to determine what a
five year sponsorship of our audio-tour is worth. So, we are looking for
other museums and galleries that have sought sponsorship for their
audio-tours. A few questions we're looking to have answered are:
1- Length of tour, number of languages and annual usage of tour
2- Types of sponsors sought and/or secured
3- Amount of sponsorship and length of sponsorship
4- Benefits offered to sponsor
We are a small museum located in Ottawa, Ontario. Our annual attendance is
of about 12,000 and in previous years 50% of our visitors used our old
bilingual audio-tour. Our new tour will include 6 languages and will be 45
minutes in length.
Any info about similar projects would be greatly appreaciated!
