The City of El Paso, Texas seeks a highly motivated and experienced leader to 
serve as its next Director of Museum and Cultural Affairs Department.  Under 
administrative direction, the ideal candidate will manage, direct and coordinate 
the cultural affairs division and city museums; implement programs of a full-
service municipal arts agency; promote cooperation and participation in art, 
culture and heritage programs and city museums between City, institutions, 
citizens, agencies, and governmenal entitie; oversee fundraising solicitations, 
acquisition negotiation, contracts, media relations, marketing, and department 
services to general public. 

Candidate must have a Master's degree in arts administration, fine arts, 
business or public administration or a related field, and seven (7) years of 
progressively responsible professional experience in a  municpal arts agency, 
arts administration or related field, including three (3) years in a supervisory or 
managerial capacity.

Compensation:
Salary:           $97,543.73  -  $165,824.35
