Nancy,
I would never post my accession list to the public. Some of our
donors want to remain anonymous and the only place where I have their
names is in the accession file and list. Is there a request to put
the accession list on your website? I would hesitate to do so. You
might get some legal issues to with persons saying that they didn't
donate something or it was just a loan or what have you.
That is just my 2 cents.
