Dumb question, but how is it possible to have the second Tuesday of any month fall on the 15th?

Diane,
Our monthly lecture series does happen to be on the second Tuesday and we don't change it. Recently, we had it on Valentine's Day and that didn't make any difference. I don't have any hard numbers for when the lecture fell on April 15, but if people like the subject, they'll make the time to be there.
