Janet,
I'm a Museum Educator Intern and I recently published our volunteer
newsletter with Adobe Pagemaker. I have limited experience and found
this program to be extremely user friendly. I spent about 20 hours on
the newsletter from first draft to publishing. I have some experience
using Microsoft Publishing and it works just as well or maybe a little
easier than pagemaker.
