When I was at the Mathers Museum, Indiana University, we would give tours
of the Collections area. After givving a half hour talk about what we had,
I would turn the groups loose to look around. But I would also say, "Don't
touch anything; we don't know which ones have been poisoned."
Nothing was ever touched, and no one ever asked me what I meant by
"poisoned." Of course, nothing was, but I didn't say that.
