I'd suggest getting in touch with a dietician. During my appointments at our local Diabetic Clinic, I notice that the shelves are overflowing with "fake food", all in an attempt to help people visualize what they should eat ... and the size of portions.
They would have suggestions for suppliers.

Does anyone know of a supplier for latex made artificial fruit? I am searching for a company that can make 100 apricot halves for an educational exhibit. The material doesn't necessarily have to be latex but some other kind of pliable material would be fine.
