Greetings:
When I was in college, a curator told me that many
professionals believe the idea that artists painted
the bodies in advance had not been substantiated. We
were told that if this were true more headless
paintings should have been discovered in attics, etc.
Since then I have run across tours that still promote
this.
I checked the list archive first for information on
Limner artists, but did not get any hits. What is the
latest theory?
I appreciate any help on this and apologize if it has
been a topic in the past.
Thanks again,
Jan McCormick

Nora Charles: I read where you were shot 5 times in the tabloids.
Nick Charles: It's not true. He didn't come anywhere near my tabloids.
