This message is directed to all who deal with archeological collections, but
others may also reply.
In a few months, our institution will be completing a quality control check,
for the first time, on a portion of our archeological collections. To
prepare us for this process, I have a couple of questions for all of you.
Have you ever completed a random sample/inventory/quality control check of
your collections? If so, how many staff people were used, how long did it
take, and how many objects were pulled? Any other comments about the
process would also be weclomed.
Thanks in advance for any and all replies.
