Holder, String ?
That is what we have used for the holders for the string/twine once used
in stores to wrap packages.

Subject: correct name for twine ball holder
Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone knew the proper name for the
metal artifact that was used to hold a ball of twine?
Brain dead today, and slogging through the
nomenclature ain't helping.
Thanks!
