Assistant Director, TryScience
 
Join the TryScience team, representing over 700 interactive science museums 
on the web and now working to support engagement of scientists and 
engineers in public education and outreach.
 
Responsibilities include:  researching, writing, editing, and publishing web 
content; managing collaborations in multiple fields; ensuring scientific and 
educational integrity of content; Web site production management; 
administrative support;  and event planning and participation.
 
Preferred qualifications include training and experience in:  researching, 
writing, editing and publishing; science or engineering discipline; informal 
education/outreach in or in partnership with science centers/museums; 
Education theory and practice; project management; and Web technology and 
interactive media
 
This is a grant-supported, full-time position at the New York Hall of Science.
