Can anyone suggest a good example of a heritage or environmental
community *outreach* programme developed for newer citizens in a large
urban centre?
I've found some great programs offered by urban parks and downtown
botanical gardens working with local community groups but not many
instituted by larger heritage sites, nature centres, or federal/
provincial/ state/ county park systems that exist predominantly OUTSIDE
the urban centre.
Of course, recommendations for any good research or reading on this
topic also appreciated!
As always, happy to make available to the list a compilation of
responses.
