Hello and Happy New Year!

We are an experienced NPO and business planning firm, addressing and
educating about Strategic and Master Planning issues continually, and
were invited by our Western Museums Association to publish on this
subject. The resulting information and diagrams have proven to be
valid, applicable, and illuminating to founders and funders, BOD's,
staff, and membership of many types of organizations including
museums, land trusts, arts and performance associations, parks, zoos,
and businesses.

"Demystifying Long Range, Strategic and Business Planning" by Kathleen
Brown, from the Westmuse Winter 2005 Issue, is available in PDF form
by pinging a request to <[log in to unmask]>.

The article is currently used in the Museum Studies Programs of the
University of Florida and JFK University (Affiliated Faculty Member).

As well, the Western Museum Association's web site includes a
resources link to another article by Kathleen, specifically about
Strategic Planning:

http://www.westmuse.org/resources_strategic_planning.htm

Hope these help!

Christopher Brown
