The Upstate History Alliance is pleased to announce the schedule and
registration details for the upcoming UHA/MANY Conference on April 15-17,
2007 in Syracuse, NY. Early Bird Registration Rates are listed on our
website at www.upstatehistory.org.
This year's conference, "Long Tails, Tipping Points and Cultural Literacy:
Museums, Trends and Communities," promises to offer a report and an
examination of the trends that are affecting our field. For a complete
listing of the conference session, please visit:
www.upstatehistory.org/services/conferences/2007ConferenceSchedule.html
Also new this year, we are offering both pre-conference and post-conference
workshops. So if you were torn in the past, trying to decide which great
workshop you should attend, we have now made it possible for you to attend
both!
And a SPECIAL OFFER to UHA and MANY Organizational Members! When you
register one person from your organization at the indicated registration
rate, you can then register up to three additional people and get a $10
discount off of each additional registration for employees/volunteers of the
same organization. So bring your colleagues, trustees and volunteers to this
year's conference where you can begin the discussion of the great ideas you
picked up at the conference!
