When I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic, the nutrisionist had a complete
menu of fake items from steak and eggs to lettuce and tomato slices, etc -
of course in correct proportion size (unfortunately HA HA)

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] Fake Food Sources
I am looking for recommendations for obtaining fake food items.
Unfortunately, we do not have time right now to "make our own" so I am
looking for some sources that might sell a variety of items, preferably
beyond the apple, orange, grapes, categories.
Thanks in advance!
