Hi Andy
We were using an Audiotour system from VoxSys.
Our breakdown/missing rate was roughly 75% of the headsets a year. Yes... we
had to repair / replace 75% of the headsets. After a few years of this (and
a lot of arguing with the manufacturer) we have stopped using the VoxSys
audiotour devices.

Does know the percent of audiotour devices that generally go missing each
year? If so, could you share that number?
Thanks,
