We have glass-topped drawers in our Native American basket gallery,
manufactured to our specifications by Helmut Guenschel. (
www.guenschel.com) I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the
drawer product, but a Guenschel rep can help with that. These cases are
not by any means inexpensive, but beautiful and rock-solid sturdy. You
do need a lot of lead time for installation if yours are made to order.
We've had visitors opening and shutting about a dozen drawers, over and
over, for a year now and have had no problems at all.
