Yesterday, a juror was dismissed from the Scooter Libby trial because
she accidentally saw something about the trial on the news over the
weekend, but the wire stories all include this little nugget:
"The dismissed juror formerly served as a curator of prints at the
Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. She was also the only juror who
did not wear a red T-shirt as part of the jury's Valentine's Day
greeting to the court."
I can't think of any art historian I know who would go along with a hokey valentine's matchy t-shirt plan, myself included.
