Gary, The Institute for Photographic Studies, a non-profit organization,
circulates the work of 17 contemporary North American photographers. The
rental fee ranges from $800 to $2700 plus pro-rated shipping and insurance.
IPS rebates 40-50% of the fee to the photographer who is responsible for
framing to IPS specifications. In essence they are receiving an honorarium
