Hi. I'm putting together a fundraising campaign proposal and had a question:

Has anyone recently installed an HVAC unit in a 5,000 - 10,000 sq. ft. space? 
I'm looking for a ballpark estimate of the expense involved.

Any guidance you could provide would be great.
