Traveling shows are tough on graphics. The main problem is the unpacking
and repacking process dents edges and corner of graphic materials. The
cheapest solution is to go to a 1/4" tempered masonite and overlam the
graphic print with a polycabonate. The polycarbonate should be wraped over
the edges of the substrate to the back of the masonite. The back of the
masonite must be sealed with eithier a primer of another piece of
overlaminate, the sealing of the back side prevents the print from cupping
or warping.
