Hello all!
My name is Katie and I'm a graduate assistant who works for my university's Art Museum. I'm emailing the list for some information. We are looking to upgrade our photography equipment (I'm working on re-digitizing our collection) and I'm wondering what other smaller institutions are using. For example, I'm focusing on: what kind of digital camera, whether you use a copy stand or if you have a dark room with special lighting to take the photos in, and what program you use to manipulate the photos. Any information about how you take photos of your collections will be helpful.
Any information or advice is valuable and I greatly appreciate your time. I don't want to clog the list so if you could email my own email address, that'd be fantastic.
Again, thank you so much!
Katie Koca
