Gail
We use HOBO dataloggers here at the KU Natural History Museum to record climate control in our collections. We use both the H8 mini series and the LCD recorders and have had nothing but positive experiences with both. They are easy to use, download really easily (even easier with the HOBO shuttle which will download multiple loggers without having to remove them from the space) and provide very accurate recording of temp, humidity and light intensity. The best thing about them is that they are inexpensive.
Would be happy to answer more specific questions you may have.
