I served on the Board of Trustees of the Andrew
Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall, Carnegie,
Pennsylvania, during the latter half of the 1990s. I
have placed the original Library By-Laws, and some of
the early amendments to the By-Laws, along with the
Library's original Mission Statement, on-line. You can
look at these By-Laws, amendments, and Mission
Statement, in their entireties, at:

Please be advised that there have been several
amendments to these By-Laws since I left the Library
Board of Trustees in 2000; these new amendments are
not listed. However, this should give you a good
framework for setting-up your own By-Laws and Mission
Statement.
