We are in the process of updating our collections guidelines to address digital photos submitted as documentation with archaeological collections. I have begun researching a bit about electronic formats for CDs, and better inkjet and papers to use. However, we can not control what inks and papers CRM firms use, and we are not in the position to print documents ourselves. Any suggestions or guidelines to follow concerning requirements for printed images (printed image size, labeling), and CD formats (TIFF vs JPEG, or PDF?).
