Last Year we ran a campaign for our museum mascot. We ended up with
Murray and Etta the museum mice. The artist is kind enough to give us
full copyright. She also on request designs costumes for the mice.
For example Etta is often featured in our exhibits. We had a decades
of Christmas exhibit and we had her in period costume and we had the
children look for her in each of the sets we designed. Etta is
currently hosting our Etta's Stitch and Learn center for our quilt
exhibit. The center allows children under parental supervision to do
quilting activities. No needles involved of course. Murray is
involved in more promotional and advertising aspects. We have had
great response and people love the fact that the mice have different
clothes and styles.
