Hello,
I'm with a new museum and will soon be establishing our numbering systems. In one of our exhibit areas we will have a significant amount of prop items, so I was wondering how other places tracked these items. Do you log them in your regular collections database and just use a different letter to differentiate them from the permanent collection, or are there other solutions? I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
Thanks!
Maeve
