My apologies, I "mis-remembered" your comments, Janice, so I misquoted
you in my posting. Basically, I think if our museum was operating on a
proportionally smaller budget, we'd have a proportionately smaller
staff. Obivously the ratio of FT to PT depends on what people's exact
job descriptions are. The BMI has a high PT staff because our docents
are paid. 5 or 6 FT might be a more accurate figure to go by.

One "rule of thumb" is that it take $100,000 for the first paid employee
and an additional $50,000 for each employee after that.  Using that
formula, you're looking at 4 to 8 employees.
