Hi Catherine. You could try Rockwood--a gothic mansion outside of
Wilmington, Delaware. They have a butler's pantry and conducted a great
deal of research for their furnishings plan. The County of New Castle
operates it.
Good luck!

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] pre-Victorian butler's pantries
Dear All,
We are currently working to install a butler's pantry at the John
Marshall
House in Richmond, Virginia. I would be interested in hearing of or
from
any museums interpreting roughly the same period as the Marshall house
(1790-1835) that have either restored butler's pantries or similar
workspaces. I would also be interested in hearing of any known period
inventories or descriptions of butler's pantries that have *not* been
restored.
Many thanks,
Catherine Dean
