How about:
- Emerging professionals
- Museum Mentoring Committee
- Museum Mentors Committee
- Committee for Future Museum Leaders (someone else suggested this earlier)
I don't see how "new professionals" excludes people. This is a field
where the "old greybeards" have been around for 30+ years and even
entry-level positions require advanced degrees with 5 years of
experience. Thus "new" is a much broader category (at least to me) in
the museum field than in other fields.
