Tamra: Depending on what state you are in, there are many, many, many
things to consider when developing a rental policy, as you need to stay
within permitted activities for your tax-exempt status as well. If you
like I can send you a facility use policy, but your best bet is to contact
non-profits within your state. Things get very sticky very fast, and your
development department needs to realize that you will get requests for use
from some truly offensive groups (neo-Nazis, etc.).
