The International Museum of Cartoon Art in Boca Raton has not yet
    been built. It is well along in the planning, as part of a down-
    town development plan. Every Sunday in the local paper, Charles
    Schultz photo and a blurb about the future museunm sits next to
    the Peanuts strip.
    I had the impression that a museum of cartoons also calling
    itself the International Cartoon Museum (or the like) featuring
    Norman Rockwell is in or near Hyde Park, New York.
