Thanks for the mention of inks. The printer the original query mentioned
is an ink-jet type printer. My Hewlet-Packard Deskwriter for the Mac
uses waterproof ink, though I am not sure how "archival" the stuff is. I
am surprised that there is not a waterproof ink available for the Apple
inkjet printers. Perhaps you should call the Apple 800 number. I too am
interested in this facet of inkjet technology.
