Amanda:

I made a similar exhibit last year, and just had a cylinder fabricated at a
plastics company. I probably could produce the contact info, but I think
many companies could do the same.

Subject: archeology exhibit resources

Hello All:

A colleague of mine is searching for a plexiglass cylinder to fill with
soil, rocks, "artifacts," etc., to demonstrate soil striations in an
archeology exhibit. He's done some research but isn't having any luck
finding a supplier. He's looking for a cylinder approximately 1.5 feet
wide, and between 3 and 6 feet tall. Does anyone have any suggestions on
suppliers?

Thanks,
Amanda Thompson Dyer
