Greetings All:
I am soliciting your recommendations for manufacturers of metal extrusions
that can be used for exhibit cases. A few details:
1. The exhibit cases are all custom sizes and are designed with a base and
light chamber above.
2. Artifacts include paper goods, textiles, leather, and metals (weapons).
3. I would like a good seal between the extrusion and the glazing/glass to
keep out dust, etc.
4. What glass thickness do you recommend? This may be determined by the
channel width of the extrusion.
6. Access panels with locking doors. They can either slide or hinge.
5. I am aware of Click, Casewerks, Agam and Octanorm. Does anyone know of a
different manufacturer - or off brand?
6. There is also a requirement for security alarms on the cases.
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
Regards,
