You might want to try addressing this inquiry directly to some of the
Canada's national museums (links to several of which may be had at
http://bubl.ac.uk/link/c/canadianmuseums.htm). As an officially
bilingual country, the national museums have had quite a bit of
experience in multiple language offerings, and may have some insights
useful to you. Of course, the languages are English and French instead
of English and Spanish, if that might make a difference to you.

Is there an institution that does signage in multiple languages really
well?
And by that I mean they don't just have twice the signs - one in
English,
one in Spanish - they have figured out ways to convey the info without
bombarding people with text?
