An inexpensive way to make panel stand-outs in-house is to use polished
carriage bolts- and for the tube under the panel, purchase a plexi tube,
they're very affordable and can be had in clear or colors. Just cut those
to length and polish off the cut. If you're mounting to a surface you can't
access from behind (to tighten carriage bolts) you can use regular bolts or
heavy screws, and place an end cap over the hole.
